FAQ
Your questions, our answers
Pilots, sovereignty, security, data: everything institutions ask us most often — in full transparency.
Getting started
How does a pilot work?
A pilot is framed in three steps: a technical discussion to scope the sensitive process, a deployment on your infrastructure with your teams, then an acceptance where our commitments (isolated network, proof, reversibility) are demonstrated. Requests go through the contact form — reply within 48 working hours.
How long does integrating MNT Trust take?
Integration depends on your application landscape: the SDK documentation covers PHP, Java, .NET, Go and JavaScript, and the pilot wires a first journey (login or business action) within days. The rest follows your pace, with skills transfer at every step.
Which languages do you work in?
Our teams work in French and Arabic; technical documentation is written in French and English. This portal is fully trilingual.
Sovereignty & security
Does our data ever leave our infrastructure?
No. Everything we deliver installs inside your perimeter and runs without outbound calls — no CDN, no foreign cloud, no telemetry. We demonstrate it on an isolated network at every acceptance. Our full commitments are published in the Trust Center.
How do you handle personal data?
Our foundations minimise processed data and align with law 09-08: segregation by use, retention periods defined at design time, and tooled mechanisms for data-subject rights (access, rectification, objection). The processing register remains the institution's responsibility — we provide the tooling.
What happens if we terminate the contract?
Reversibility is planned from day one: source code, diagrams, operating documentation and team training are delivered. The system remains fully operable, auditable and evolvable without us.
