Debt recovery goes all the way: arrears scoring per unit, tracked reminders with acknowledgement, compliant formal notice and a ready-to-file court dossier. Every dispatch is time-stamped and produces evidence enforceable before the court and the general meeting alike. Residence staff payroll (contracts, clock-in, payslips, social declarations) is covered too.
